Luke is a holder of Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Kenya Polytechnics and an Associate of IMIS ( London). |

He graduated from Kenya Polytechnic in 1986. Worked briefly with Resources Interlink before joining the Ministry of Finance and Planning, where he rose from a Computer Systems Analyst to a Consultant with various world bodies working with the Government e.g. Harvard Institute, UNDP, World Bank and USAID among others. |

During the period of working with the Government, he was instrumental in evangelism with Nyanza Evangelistic Team. He worked for the Government till the year 2001 when He was led by the Lord to abandon building His residential house to begin working with the poor in the slums of Soweto, Nairobi. |

Luke is a pastor with Power Revival Centre, Director of Sheepcare Community Centre. He is a founder of MicroGenera Computer Services. He is also a counsellor having obtained a certificate with Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors (KAPC). |

He is Married to Jane and they have 4 children. Two boys and two girls. |
