In the last few months in Faith Baptist local churches 140 Church leaders and ministers were trained in three rounds from 13 local churches. The training was effective and many expressed their change of thinking by the training. All of the reports about seed projects are not collected but here are few reports I received.
 A seed project to repair a road for a village took place and it had great impact on the community.
Repairing a house for aged people was done. It was very effective in demonstrating the love of Jesus for the beneficiaries and their surrounding community.
One community project visited a HIV-positive person, and took care of his basic needs. This was very powerful in demonstrating the love of Jesus for him.
Others are in the process of carrying out other projects, while those who have begun to practise these principles are encouraged to continue in new seed projects. There will be good reports in the future. The training will continue in Addis Ababa for a few weeks. I will give the training during Sunday worship services for seven consecutive weeks. I believe it will have good results.
