One of my students who coordinated our training in the Liberian refugee camp has a story to tell----He said prior to our seminar, a senior pastor in one of the churches in the camp had a problem with his associate pastor and the Federation of Churches in the camp had decided to divide the church into two for each of the pastors to have a part since all avenues for solving the problem were explored but no solution or compromise was found.
These two pastors attended our seminar and for the first time they heard the message of the Irreducible Minimum which is the very foundation of our Christian faith and life.
On the Sunday after the seminar, the pastors met in the church and to the surprise of all the congregation, instead of the normal quietness and being cool to each other, they rather embraced each other, shook hands and again embraced themselves.
They informed the church that after hearing of our message, they have decided to forget the past and work together as brothers in love. To God be all the glory!
